Total Body Workouts for Super Fast Results

Total body workouts are not a new thing as far as what we ALL do in real life although it is relatively a new style of training in which I developed for my clients to get them to see results, look and feel sexy fast as hell!. The remarkable benefits of total body exercises are two-fold – They save you time, and you burn more fat calories in very little time.

1. They save you time: As a business owner and full-time college student, I find that time is the most important commodity in my life. I have programmed myself to be a stickler for time because it is so prescious. I answer phone messages and emails at a particular time of the day. I do not waste time text messaging, and I multi-task like crazy! In fact, I’m in school right now as we speak. Your workouts should be the same way . Total body exercises hits the “total body” per exercise. This is done instead of training one muscle at a time which last for hours.

2. You burn more fat calories in very little time: The old style of training tells us that we should do 3 x 10 per muscle and rest in between each set. How boring and wrong? Fire your personal trainer right now if he/she is putting you through this type of “no results here” workout. The formula is very easy; more muscles worked at the same time = more muscles used in little time = more calories burned in little time = A sexier you.
